The newly constructed XPENG Headquarters, designed by weico Architects and led by Sun Wei, is now fully operational. It welcomed its first occupants on October 20th, marking the official commissioning phase. The building, located in Guangzhou, spans an impressive 360,000 square meters and is set to be completed by 2025. This project showcases the innovative collaboration between XPENG and weico Architects, with a design team comprising Sun Wei, Sun Mingze, Wang Deyuan, Duan Yun, Sun Chen, Zhou Jingyi, Zhang Lining, Zhao Yue, Zeng Lingyue, and Peng Shijie. The construction process involved manufacturers such as Hubei Zhonggang Metal and Guangzhou Huatuo Shi Building Materials. The building's design and construction have been meticulously managed by CAPOL International (Shenzhen) Guangzhou Branch, a Class A Design Institute. This project is a testament to the architectural prowess of weico Architects and the vision of XPENG, a leading manufacturer in the industry.
